Matterhorn is conquered...
that was well done!
This was Florian's comment today. He could not even shoot a picture of Michael because he was so high above the Zermatter Tal. Exept of the two leading Swiss no-one has succeded in flying this distance in one flight during this year's Xapls. Thatīs something to be proud of.
Michael could even have continued his flight but there were airspace restrictions and the dwindling light which forced him to come back to earth. Our aim tomorrow is Col de la Forclas. Michael knows the following route well as already in 2005 here was a very exciting phase of the contest, shortly before it came to an end. Back then we were 100km close to Monaco - but this is very unlikely this year.
